I am development practitioner working with national and local NGOs in Pakistan. I have been engaged in advocacy and research work in the areas of capacity building, advocacy, community mobilization, women development , gender, gender based violence, institutional development, land rights, human rights and disaster management and Strong Coordination with Civil Society Organization and Community Based Organization.
Ensure proper support in project planning, implementation, monitoring and coordination to achieve the project objectives, goals and specific targets
2.Responsible for stakeholder coordination and staff management with standards and procedure of the organization

5.Provide required support to project staff in planning activities and develop databases, reports etc. Encourage for capacity building and utilization of capacities for project objectives at maximum level.

perating the HF and VHF radios, avoiding using any sensitive or security related information and following the MSF security rules. Ensures radio frequencies\' (HF and VHF) quality and transmission capacity. Installs and programs frequencies in all type of radios when necessary
Ensuring that messages are well copied/passed to all people concerned and records the messages on the radio log book. Responding to radio contacts from other approved organizations and forwarding it on the information via this channel.
Making radio contacts with reference bases (capital and/or field) according to communication rules / schedules and forwards all information concerning the security of the teams to the Project/Capital Coordinator.
Monitoring and registering any movement, of people, vehicles, helicopters, airplanes and cargo, (departure, arrival, number of passengers, route taken, standard contact points) and informs line manager of any delays.
Supervising and monitoring the VHF radio allocation book (handsets) and registering the loan of handsets to all staff, following it up on a regular basis.
Installing, operating and performing preventive maintenance checks on assigned equipment, checking that the equipment is working properly and immediately informing the line manager of any damage/loss/theft. Maintaining the equipment, communications room and premises in clean and tidy conditions. Maintaining and supervising HF VHF batteries status in good maintenance conditions.
An administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to an organization. Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting. 1. This position will be responsible for all project activities inclusive of social mobilization, community building, management of training on IPC,, mapping and coordination.
2. Leading community discussions and the formation of community-based committees/organizations, training of committees, and providing them with the necessary support for the effective delivery of the project activities.
3. To connect, engage and sensitize local communities and target participants in infection prevention and control sessions in targeted institutions.
4. Conduct regular community meetings in the project-targeted communities.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly plans and reports for project activities and develop activities and work plans for the field team members.

Responsible to mobilize target communities for their involvement in project activities and facilitate the community in the formation of CO, VO & ensuring their roles and responsibilities.
To mobilize Committees for the effective use of the community resources and process of beneficiary’s identification and final selection as per agreed criteria in approved proposal.
Identify and verify beneficiaries with consultation of VO/CO members for different Project activities.
To maintain proper record keeping of the project activities during the implementation of the project.
Interact and close contacts with community leaders, volunteers, and activists.
Share the details of CRM at field level and address the complaints of the beneficiaries.
To deal with the community as a front line contact and provide full support during trainings and sessions for smooth implementation of the project activities
To deliver the trainings and sessions in targeted communities and facilitate the gender mainstreaming in all the activities at field level.
