· Working with external auditors for the annual audit.
· Assisting in final accounts maintenance.
· Reconciliation of debtor’s ledgers.
· Book keeping of sites accounts.
· Liaison between department and banks/companies to monitor all the processes like Markup, TDR’s Profit, commercial invoicing and other workings.
· All above tasks done through customized accounting software of Power Accounting Software.
· Any other task given by management.
Taxation:
· Preparation of withholding income tax Challan.
· Preparation and filing of quarterly income tax withholding statements u/s165.
· Assist in tax audit under notice from FBR.
