Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence 
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, and social media platforms
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Develop content for the quarterly newsletter of the company
Maintain the company’s website and monitor data analytics
Conduct research and update the database to identify and define the target market
Monitor performance and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners related to branding activities
Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness
Provide necessary assistance to the GM in all activities pertaining to brand building.
Assist General Manager in developing an annual marketing plan for profitable company growth.

Supports Operations manager and performs managers duties when manager is absent or out of office.
Maintain strong working relationships with the clients and colleagues.
Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
Oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
Communicates deadlines to team members in order to meet companys goal timely.
Oversees all aspects of Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
Conducts team meetings to update members on new rules and regulations stipulated by the company or Canadian High Commission.
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance and deadlines.
Provides quality client service, including interacting with clients, answering their enquiries, and effectively handling their complaints.
