The activities carried out by our team in District Kohat under the Implementation Support Unit Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education KP Project Afghan 3. The focus of our work has been on school improvement plans, DRR, First Aid, Afghan Refugees students enrollment and out of school data, Parents Teacher Council (PTC), ESPECT, Early Child Education ECE, meetings, hygiene promotion awareness sessions, village profiles, school enrollment, provision of hygiene kits, and collection of school enrollment data. The report highlights the observed changes in PTC activeness, hygiene practices, and school enrollment after implementing these activities

As a field monitor i have worked on field level and monitor small grants projects in District Bannu. After field monitoring my responsibility is to develop a detailed report to clear all the project Excellency, flows, good and bad things and send to head Office.

As a Enumerator I have conduct data from community and school teachers and PHED department about the previously completed projects on WASH schools and communities at North Waziristan tehsil Mir Ali and Miranshah and develop an detailed report and develop kiis, FGDs with education and Public Health Engineering department of North Waziristan.

Overall project were designed for registration of House holds for Nets distribution and also awaerness regarding Malerai control and dengue for district Bannu tehsil Domil. First conducted training of volunteers to teach them how to use Android mobile App namely Red Rose to register house holds and then supervis team at field level. After that one week distribution done at different points at tehsil Domil, Union council Bezan Khel.

As a Social Orgnizer at North Waziristan with SHED I have working on mobilization sector. Conducted Awaerness raising sessions on health and hygiene. Maintaining attendees sheets and also monthly meeting conducted with Health Advisory committee (HAC) discussed different of issues about in the provision of services and also discussed the next month planing about the services.also daily weekly and monthly reports maintained by Social Orgnizer.and also we have treated 1Cutaneous Leishmaniasis patient that was recovered successfully and also have developed a success story about that patient recovery.

Project was on Nutrition for the people of Orakzai and Khyber District of kp.Designing of hygiene promotion messages, activities, intervention process and intervention tools Arrangements and deliverance of hygiene promotion sessions to targeted community. Conducting the targeted hygiene promotion sessions with complete record keeping and pictorial proofs. Preparation of weekly, monthly reports and work plans. Detail assessment of the area of intervention and preparation of survey report before and after the hygiene sessions. Ensuring the conduction of targeted better health/cleanliness campaigns and mobilizing the community for the participation. Coordination and liaison with other I/NGOs and stakeholders.
