I'm working here in CureMD from Dec 2012 to current. I started job as Assistant RCM Executive. I worked hard to get expertise in this field. Worked 4 years to learn about the AR working process and lead AR team of 5 members with 20 clients. Company started new project of (Denial management team) I supervised one DM team along with AR team for next 2 years. I supervised 5 team members with 35 clients in DM side. Got award for the best DM managing team of the year. For next 2 years, i supervised the DM project with 15 team members and 100 clients. Now supervising the new project of complete client billing (charges, ERAs, AR and DM). I have worked on more than 10 specialities. Currently working on Psychiatry and mental health clients.
Running RCM operations for multiple specialty teams (Psychiatry, Cardio, Radiology, Hospital Professional Billing & some Internal Med clients).
Working on new clients implementations. Doing audits on the clients joining with old AR to provide the current picture of coverable and non-coverable stuff with the time frame to clear it out.
Company started new project of denial management at bigger level. I supervised 100 clients with 8 members. Afterwards another project started of complete clients billing. Currently supervising all Psychiatry/Mental/Substance Abuse clients in this project.
I was promoted and a new team of DM (Denial Management) was made under my supervision along with the AR team. I supervised 20 clients with 6 members in AR side & 35 clients with 5 members in DM side. Awarded by the company for the best DM team of the year as well.
I was promoted as AR team lead. I supervised 18 clients with 5 team members.
I wa appointed as Assistant RCM Executive. I learned AR work flow and started managing multiple clients with 2 team members.
