As a software tester, i am involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment.I conduct manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose.My key responsibilities are:

ï‚·Conduct manual tests as well as Automated testing to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose, meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects, working with software developers and project support teams, identifying business requirements and planning the project, performance and functional testing in different web environments including Google chrome, IE, Opera etc.
ï‚· Writing bug reports and working towards project deadlines.
ï‚· Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback, Critical Analysis of requirements Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
ï‚· Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
ï‚· Quality assurance and providing objective feedback to software development project teams problem solving as well as presenting findings to software development and business user teams and also communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
