I have joined S.Abdullah Home Solution as Admin & Security Manager, in this role I am looking after North Region in which two Branches and one warehouse. 
Responsibilities:
All third-party contracts and AMC like (Security Company, HVAC, Genset R&M, Electrical, Mechanical, Lift & Escalators, Housekeeping etc.). I am looking after fleet issue, fueling, R&M of vehicles. Administrative support to Sales & Operations team as aligned vendors as per their demand. Building R&M all civil works requisition, PO, and execution. Coordination with Tenants’ regarding their issues, contact renewals and their demands.
Personal Initiatives:
I have assessed all assets and make presentation, Risk Assessment of Buildings and Warehouse.
Suggested Budget for my Region, make priority list of Tasks (Which were pending before my joining) and were assessed by me.
Signed new contracts and make pipeline of vendors. (HVAC System, Genset, Electrical, Elevator & Escalators, Fleet etc.).
Completely Overhauled Escalators and make them operational. (Which were out of order from last two years). Planned Overhauling of Cargo Lift and Elevator make assessment and share with higher Management and get approvals.
Make HVAC Unit (Water Based Chiller) operational with its complete maintenance. (1 Chiller was Out of order from last two years).
Aligned vendor to periodic maintenance of Genset (after getting approval from higher management).
Maintain log book for electricity schedule and minimized electricity bills by monitoring usage of HVAC Units and Lights.   
Trainings of staff at Firefighting, First Aid, Leadership and Stress Management.  
Make management understand the value of Security & Safety. Installed new CCTV System.
Build good relationship with LEAs & Govt. Authorities like (CDA, MCI, MCR, Excise & Taxation, Civil Defense, EPA etc.).

I visited Qatar to support Concerns in Restaurant business and worked there as Restaurant Manager.
As a Manager Customer Services, Food Quality, Food Cost, Shrinkage, Purchasing, Loss prevention, Counter Marketing was my initiatives.
