Assist National Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and Sales Planner with administrative tasks.
Work with assigned managers, work cooperatively on any and all projects by their assigned managers.
Review general administrative processes and make efficiency improvements to drive work efficiency and process.
Providing support and assistance to outside sales representatives and management.
Working with our Sales Planners and Sales Managers to assist and support in their daily responsibilities.
Analysis
Daily Sales Report (DSR) (Nationally) on a daily basis· Region & Channel wise Secondary report on a daily basis·
Compile the National channel & brand wise sales report on a daily basis Brand and SKU\'s wise sales Analysis Report (Nationally)·
Secondary target tracker (DSR wise on the national level).
Other analysis reports (Excel and PowerPoint) required by the management.

Rolling Sales forecast (RSF)

National RSF to be compiled & Share with the supply chain.
Upload the RSF in the SAP format after the go-ahead from the Supply chain. Update the RSF accuracy report & share it with the regional team.

Sales operation & Trade Marketing

Prepare the Urdu circular (Trade Offer, CP Launching, Price circular) and circulate to Regional concern on timely.
Align the vendor for trade marketing activities (Branding Gondolas etc.)
Update the POSM tracker and raise the material transfer request Nationally.
