 Reducing & Calculating Non Productive Time on Floor
 Allocation & Assure The Availability Of Machines(Resources)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Making Production Induction Plan
 Track & Article wise planning of Master plan.
 Execution of plan in production
 Making specification files of product against order
 Estimating the Standard Minutes (SAM) for targets and efficiency Evaluation
Calculating daily floor Efficiencies, Capacities, Constraints and on and
off standard times.
 Monthly Production Schedule (MPS) along with Production Plan &
Shipment Dates Commitments.
 Responsible for making Material requirement plan (daily, monthly, and
quarterly) through production forecast.
 Monitoring and reviewing daily output and discuss with concern HOD in
case of deviations from set targets.
 Discuss every order with Processing ,Stitching & Marketing department if
committed dates are deviated
 Conduct daily, weekly and monthly meetings with Production, Marketing,
Procurement and Ware-house/Shipping departments in order to maintain
smooth flow of supply chain and to secure timely shipment

In Aug 2016, I started rendering my service as Assistant Engineer IE in
Industrial Engineering Department at Sadaqat Textile Mills Faisalabad.
 Successfully Implemented & maintained SAM in Stitching, Cutting
&Packing
 Time & Motion study of new product to calculate SMV and make
Operation Breakdown Bulletin.
 Working on Strength & Standardize MMR From "Cut to Pack"
 To control Loss Minutes calculate daily Machine Utilization & Efficiency.
 Assign Production targets to operators, Folders, Turners, and Calculate
Their efficiencies
 To study & discuss Automated cutting M/C (Hauser Parker) related
Issues with top management and take corrective action to fix issues
 Layout making of every new department through using IE techniques &
Proper implementation of Process flow through technical skills
 Ensure Layout is Completed & Implemented according to plan & in given
Time Frame.
 Provide & Maintain safe & clean environment by enforcing procedures
Rule & regulation
 Maintain product & company reputation by complying Rules.
 Implementing Lean Manufacturing concept to reduce & improve
productivity through 5S, Kanban, Kaizen & SMED Analysis etc.
