I have done my Masters in Psychology from Govt. College Jhang in 2006.I started my career as a Psychologist from Special Education Jhang.
I got 18 months experience as a Psychologist from Special Education. After this I joined the NGO sector as a psychologist and worked there more than one year. As a Psychologist I worked for the flood affected People at Jhang. In January 2012 I joined the Sarsabz Foundation as a community Mobilizer and worked 7 months.Now a days i am working as social organizer in Islamic Help at Jhang.Good Communication, Fluency in English and Report Writing are my skills.

· Introduce the objectives of Islamic Help’s intervention to the target communities and orient them about the project\'s main activities and objectives.

· Adopt / constitute community representative groups and encourage them for their representation and participation in the planning and decision making process.
· Initiate dialogue and discussion with the target flood affected communities and design ToRs in consultation with community representatives for assigning defined roles and responsibilities.

Worked as community Mobilizer to Empower The Home Based Women Workers at Jhang.
Counselling and modifying the behaviour of the community were my responsibilities. On the other hand, I did the baseline survey and format the cooperative society of Home-Based women workers
