Responsible for Slow Moving & Fast Moving Articles Analysis and intimating the HOD.
Responsible to make initial orders for upcoming seasons.
Responsible to prepare distribution plans for new arrivals.
Stock monitoring & controlling as per stock levels.
Plan Shuffling (shop to shop (IST) & shop to warehouse).
Responsible for stock replenishment.
Responsible to make different Sale & Stock analysis reports.
Responsible to manage floor demands of stores.
Responsible for the stock planning of new shops.
Look after Web Sale business, including sale/stock analysis, product availability, photoshoot etc.
Making SMR (Stock Movement Report) Weekly & Monthly basis.
Transfer cut articles towards market on priority basis.
Making sales reports Outlets wise, Region wise & Article wise.
Co-ordinate with Merchandisers, Area Sales Managers, Warehouse Manager & Outlets Managers regarding sales & stock.

- Check Software on daily basis to ensure if the orders have been dispatched and take appropriate action where necessary.
- Control inventory by doing analysis on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Assisted and planned promotional activities of the company.
- Analyze and evaluate the business and modern market trends
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse.
- Arrange warehouse, finished goods dispatch, catalog goods, plan routes and process orders
- Makes sure stores capacity is kept organized
- Coordination with other departments of company to get informed and to minimize communication gap.
- Align warehouse inventory with monthly dispatch plan at shop level.
- Replenishment of retained merchandise on basis of sale stock position within set retentions at style, color, size level
- Plan the inventory for promotional activities to increase the company revenue
- Discount planning to liquidate the old inventory
- Present category & sales wise report to management on daily basis.
- Visit to retail stores to maintain check on the sales staff 
- After visiting retail market, communicate with the merchandisers to discuss product related matters.
