3) MRP (Material Requirement Planning) to support MPS (Master Production schedule) as MTS & MTO (Material to Stock & Material to Order).
4) Buying Packing Material, Shop Name Shades, POS, Giveaways, Shelf talkers, Posters, Banners, and Hangers.

1) Operational buying as per demand.

Cost Minimization

1) Timely decisions, incurred efficiency at all steps with quality & timely supplies & Before ordering review item wise store stock position considering per day consumption.
2) Product Development as per demand & Market trends (Product Shrinking or reducing & Mix).Create continues responsiveness between supplies & execution as per target planning & BTP (Balance to Pack).
3) Upstream & Down Stream planning to make connectivity & smoothness with effective measures to make the Customer/Sales requirements also planning as per market & Plant conditions (Store inventory or Market Inventory).
