Maintain records by preparing reports on daily and monthly basis by using MS Power BI, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Making reservations and checking stock availability by using SAP.
Ensure that rolling equipment’s condition are satisfactory and spare available on time i.e. guides & roll.
Ensure amp, rpm and other parameters are within range.
Ensure manufacturing of bars as per international standard and minimize wastages.
Carrying out preventive maintenance of roughing, intermediate, finishing mill as per SOP.
Ensure that safety policies were observed and followed.
Inspection of items receive from the vendor.

Resolve issues which effect the line production.
Complete daily production target as per quality standard with minimum wastage.
Ensure that safety policies were observed and followed.
Coordinate with store department for receiving the row material on time.
Inspection of product & row material at receiving & on line.
Implement 5’S, ensure clean and organize work area.
Train and motivate newly hire labor.

Brief Job Description & working Experience:
Maintain and review reports for accuracy.
Setting up machines for mass production include lathe, milling, drilling, welding, surface grinder, cylindrical grinder, power press, hydraulic bender, sharing, CNC (wire cut, milling).
Manufacturing Jigs & Fixtures for Automotive and other industries (DAEWOO, Gandhara NISSAN, AGS, A-One Technique, Landirenzo, Afzal Motor etc).
