1. Coordination with stakeholders ( Donors, national & district administration, Training facilitators, doctors)
2. Supervise all staff and work out with them according to ToRs.
3. Preparation of training manualls (IPC & CMCT).
4·Develop and prepare plan and execute trainings, workshops, and team meetings in coordination with team.
5. Conduct IPC & CMCT trainings.
6. Ensure training timely arrangment & managment.
7. Write report for trainings. 
8. Coordinate with project districts offices and district administration technical departments to get and fulfill there requtrments.
9. Work in close coordination of vendor and bid opening.
10. Develop ToRs for project team members and hiring of outside personels.
11. Close work with M & E department for data managment and maintainig on dashboard.
12. Fulfil Maximum project standards based on organization guide.
