The Manager is responsible for ensuring high quality business and financial services and promotes overall ownership and accountability for improving customer service and experience along responsible for operational integrity and branch compliance with all policies and procedures. Manages the daily activities of the unit and ensures the appropriate deployment of resources to optimize individual and team performance
