Project Coordination
• Visit sites for effective coordination and implementation of work by following proper drawings and procedures.
• Directly worked with Project Manager in management of subcontractors, rate assessments and payment terms in relation with BOQ, actual quantities and quality of work
• Act as a liaison between office management and site team, follow up, track and close various queries arising from both sides
• Communication and Coordination with client parties
• Maintenance feedback reports from project sites to evaluate the project performance and KPI monitoring
• Review of feedback reports, identify discrepancies and suggest actions.
• Preparation of Monthly reports

Planning

• Monitoring of Projects
• Preparing construction schedule on Primavera p6 and Ms Project
• Resource Loading and Cost Loading
• Progress Monitoring volumetric, man-hours’, Cash Flow
• Estimation and planning of daily material consumption for concrete production
• Prepared Progress Summary Reports
• Planning and Scheduling of ongoing activities
• Conducted market surveys for rate assessment of various items and jobs
• Preparation of Punch lists and its closure
