Main Job Functions
• Maintain the company’s existing brands sales volumes by constant interaction with clients.
• Generating new leads in newer markets to generate sales for the company and Handling daily flow of inquiries from customers
received globally and to give them price quotations on time.
• Maintain regular and consistent relationships with clients by making them telephone calls periodically.
• Ensuring the shipments are made on time by following the production dept rigorously
• Activation of company’s new brands.
• Promotion of company’s brands through different marketing tools.
• Building brand loyalty of customers by direct interaction with customers.
• Brands development, launching, placements and awareness using advertising, promotions, exhibitions & public relations.
• Managing existing buyer’s accounts by self correspondence i.e., handling day to day client’s inquiries, giving quotations,
arranging samples, issuing PI.
• Following order executions with production dept & post-shipment follow ups.
• Overseeing all bank related imports/exports operational activities by proper and timely co-ordination with logistics &
documentations department.
• Dealing with L/C opening and any amendments, in accordance with signed contracts.
• Exploring new customers using marketing tools, e-Marketing & participating in industry related exhibitions.
• To maintain the relationships with the customers and day to day dealings handling clients issues, problems and other matters.
• Monitor market trends and competitors activities and propose counter actions.
• Comply and enforce company policies and procedures applicable to Marketing and Branding.
• Planning, developing, coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives
