My Key responsibility as following.

►Installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shootings for all HVAC department system, installation of HEPA filters, air cleanliness, also manage documentation, schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance. Also following GMP.

►Scheduling service for all split A/C, Air curtains, package units, chillers, cooling towers, water cooled package units.

►Steam Generators preventive maintenance, schedule service, and their relative steam lines installation, commissioning, and manage documentations.

►Gas lines distribution and also manage documentation.

►Look after 2nos Diesel Engine (F.G WILSON) 200 and 250 kva, trouble shootings, schedule service (Outsource).

►Manage all utilities bills like Electric and gas.

►Pumps like vacuum pump, centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, maintenance and installations.

► Manage all utilities department like, HVAC, boiler, power generation (Outsource), Operation and Maintenance, related documentations, installations, and commissioning, and other related works.
► Installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of split units, packaging units, A.H.U, Air curtains, etc.
► Installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of Fire Tube Package Type Boilers.
► Look after of Cat Engine (450kva)
► Knowledge about Heat Recovery System, Jacket Water and Exhaust.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

► Managed all the manufacturing process of Air Conditioning Equipments, Air Handling Units, Self Contained Units, Heat Recovery Units, Industrial fans, Chilled Water Coils, Steam Coils, and DX Coils & Condenser Coils.
► Installation, commissioning and maintenance of split units.
► Installation, commissioning and maintenance of fan coil units.
► Handling trouble shooting
► Develop and maintain documents like Log sheets, Maintenance Schedule and Work Report.

UTILITY DEPARTMENT

► 2 No’s LS ABSORPTION CHILLER 350 USRT Direct fired.
►2 No’s Screw Air compressor with their Dryers.
► All utility piping’s including steam distribution, compressed air, hot water, cold water and gas.
► handling trouble shooting.
► Develop and maintain documents like Log sheets, Maintenance Schedule and Work Report.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES IN UTILITY DEPARTMENT

HVAC – DEPARTMENT

► Installation and commissioning of Air-conditioning units. Such as packaging units, AHU units, chillers, maintenance and handling, Dehumidifies handled Air drier repair and maintenance.
►Compressors maintenance such as Screw compressors, piston compressors.etc
►Air Duct designing and installations.
►Chillers units (vapor compression, using refrigerant R-22) maintenance and repair approximately (-20 to -30) centigrade. We are making own chillers as per requirements for our company desired temperatures.

BOILER AND STEAM LINES

► Look after , maintenance of water Tube Package Type Boilers
► Steam generator installation and commissioning.
► Complete steam line distribution system.
► Handling trouble shooting
►Thermo circulation lines and Steam jacketing lines.
► Develop and maintain documents like Log sheets, Maintenance Schedule and Work Report.

OTHERS UTILITY WORKS

►Installed and maintained Eurosicma bubble plant, candy plant, chew candy plant, mould plants and their relatives steam lines, air lines, hot and cold lines, and cooling tower lines system.
►Pumps like vacuum pump, centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, maintenance and installations.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES IN MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

► To manage and perform projects regarding like Up-gradation of buildings (production areas), installation & commissioning of production machines like mixers, counch, jacketed lines, lintel lines, conveyor drums, cooling tunnels, cooker coils, revolving pans, Lobe pumps, chilling units, Blister Packs etc.
►To develop and maintain documents like maintenance schedule of machines.
