- Assist to make Departmental Budget.
- Assist in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs), Tender Documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and graphical data etc.
- Raise Employment Requisition (ER) of permanent and contractual staff as and when required.
- Coordinate housekeeping and safety activities.
- Arrange Departmental Heads meeting.
- Receive letters and record them.
- Custodian of confidential documents.
- Maintaining file cabinets and updating filling.
- Perform other work as and when assigned from time to time.
