Customer Service Representative
This role allowed myself to gain confidence within speaking over the phone and taught me valuable skills for working within a fast paced office, especially within computers. Not only that, but it has taught me valuable skills relating to customer service and how to deal with difficult customers in a mindful yet productive manner. I have also learnt valuable skills in terms of sales, by marketing to customers over the phone.
