I have more than Six years working experience with developing sector in Develop Trainings Vocational & Technical, Information Technology, budgeting, Financing, Administration, Capacity Building Programs, Social mobilization, monitoring, reporting on different projects i.e. livelihood, enterprise development, Nutrition, Youth Programs, DRR, Education and social mobilization at grass root level. I have valuable skills of interacting with beneficiaries, communities, school and different stakeholders.
Presently I working with Thardeep Rural Development Program - TRDP as a “Program Assistant Admin & Finance” Project of Sindh Union Council & Community Economic Strengthening Support Program -SUCCESS at district Dadu, Sindh.
Previously I have worked with IBA Sukkur in SAT Project as a “Taluka Coordinator” at K.N Shah, District Dadu, Sindh
· Authenticate documentation presented for all credit application and ensure they meet the PIM requirements and any other requirements as required by the PIU and by the Donor.
· Ensure compliance with the Corporation’s Credit Policy, Procedures and service level agreements.
· Facilitate to Community Book Keeper for Appraisal of customer loan applications and make recommendations.
· Active Participation on Credit Committee.
· Verify that securities/Guarantees as provided and forwarded for perfection.
· Manage portfolio under LSO to ensure good performance.
· Ensure all applications are advised on fate of applications within reasonable time.
· Proactively manage risk/exposure for assigned portfolio continuously.
· Assist in the restructuring of debate in the interest of the Corporation and customer.
· Assist in the grading and classification of loan accounts.
· Manage customer and stakeholders relations in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
· Any other responsibilities allocated by the supervisor.
· Check required bills/supporting documents of Voucher, check mathematical accuracy and prepare covering voucher.
· Disburse Cash against approved vouchers and arrange dispatch.
· Maintenance of Petty Cash.
· Proper filling and safe record keeping of all types of vouchers and other documents.
· Keep and maintain attendance sheet/register, leave record and maintain personnel record.
· Logistic and accommodation arrangement for staff and field activities.
· Supervise and monitor Vehicles Log book/Service book, prepare and analyze the monthly vehicle reports.
· Supervise Office Boys/Guard and Drivers.
· Timely circulation of office memos, maintain inward and outward register.
· Procurement of office consumables and office supplies/Stationary.
· Arrangements for meetings.
· Ensure office maintenance, record keeping of fixed assets, consumables and stationary.
·Compliance with documentation and reporting requirements specified by Supervisor.
· Any other responsibilities allocated by the supervisor.

· Provide orientation training to the Invigilators regarding SAT Standard Achievement Test.
· Daily reporting and monthly reporting.
· School visits at the time of Test and also monitoring.
· Monitoring, monthly, quarterly report assessment and capacity building programs in students.
