Conducting scheduled and surprise stock audit;
Managing outlet’s cash and credit card sales to assure that IBFT are accurately;
Reconciliation online Sales (COD, IBFT) along with courier charges of all orders and returns at Weekly basis;
Generating sales tax invoice to wholesale customers;
Recording petty expenses and ensuring these expenses are within set budget;
Preparation of production and retail staff payroll and releasing salaries and commissions;
Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger;
Maintain Accounts Receivable documentation to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied;
Maintain Accounts Payable records and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment;
Preparation and reconciliation of bank statement and ledgers; Preparation of mini reporting such as Cash Flow, CGS and Profit & Loss statement at monthly basis;
Liaison with Sales and Production Staff to oversee inventory level of business;

Maintain ledgers and daily financial transactions. Identifying discrepancies in ledgers, tracking to the source and correcting them;
Preparation of financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, purchase orders, payables and receivables;
Preparation of retail staff payroll and releasing salaries and commissions;
Recording petty expenses and ensuring these expenses are within set budget;
Verification of outlets’ payments, deposits and coordinate with banks;
Preparation of bank statement reconciliation;
Preparation of daily and monthly sales reconciliation and analysis reports;

Respond to customer’s complaints and staffing issues such as less charged, disputes and tampered credit card transactions;
Liaison with banks and outlets Managers related to all POS matters;
Preparation of reports and assist in external audit as assigned;
Entering financial information into appropriate software programs;

Conducting regular and surprise cash audit of company operated outlets;
Verification of all outlets cash payment vouchers, adjustment discounts and petty expenses with supported documents;
Verification of direct deposits and coordinate with banks and vendors;
Preparation of audit reports and present findings to higher management;
Respond to customer’s complaints and staffing issues such as less charged, disputes and tampered credit card transactions;
Reconciliation and review of sales data (cash & credit card) and identification of abnormal transactions;
Liaison with banks and outlets Managers related to all POS matters;
Preparation of reports and assist in external audit as assigned;
Entering financial information into appropriate software programs;
