Following are the highlights of my past work experience:
- Part of the team that started off the first 24/7 customer support on social media in Pakistan by any utility company, for K-Electric, as a client.
Media monitoring, social media moderation and reporting on the social media accounts' performance was a part of the job.
- Launched Habib University - Library's Social Media and managed their social media presence on various platforms.
- Joined Parhlo as a Social Media Manager and increased their social media presence by more than 100% in around five months.
Also lead the implementation of latest tools in technology like Facebook's Instant Articles and Facebook Live.
- Had my artwork approved for the very first geofilters of Snapchat for Karachi.
