A highly dynamic and competitive role at globally renowned payment card processing company of USA that involves near daily working with leadership, solutions and operations. From system analysis to strategic challenges of the clients, I’m involved in building dynamic reports and dashboards along with providing seamless system functionalities 24x7x365. Encountered highly time sensitive outages and resolved them by performing analysis on large transactional datasets and working in collaboration with the relevant teams during those hours. Some of the day to day tasks include, identifying issues and their way forwards and communicating those in a story-telling manner to the clients in diverse regions (America, Australia, and Asia).
