Lead a team of District Field officers to conduct need assessment, to assist BISP Households in graduating out of poverty in 21 Union Councils of District Zhob, Balochistan through IFAD funded project.
Conduct quality control on livelihood, health & Nutrition, Climate Change and protection activities data, ensuring proper upload into the IMS.
Maintain up-to-date tracking and accurate data of the beneficiaries.
Assist Livelihood team members in organizing field visits and assessments to maintain high-quality data collection on achieved progress vs programmatic targets.
Support field team in conducting regular analysis and action planning meeting to compare data against project milestones, targets and quality expectations across project sites.
Ensure data collected is related to the implementation of program activities under the Unit portfolio and accurately entered into various databases on the Information Management System (IMS) and ensure data validation.
Work closely with the Programme Manager, technical team, and area-based coordinator to conduct comprehensive livelihood assessments.
