Finance Responsibilities:

Managing company accounts and month-end close process; 
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements including variance analysis versus budgets;
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Handling all tax matters; filing of withholding income and sales tax with all applicable authorities; 
Coordination with banks, SECP, and other stake holders; 
Coordination with external auditors; 
Manage company payroll, benefits and petty cash; 
Process invoices and prepare vouchers; 
Ensure proper month-end cut-off of expenses,
Revenue recognition, identification, and explanation of budget variances and compliance with corporate policy and procedure.
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements

 Administrative responsibilities:

Monitor and procure needed supplies for office use.
Arrange the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. 
Supervise office admin staff.
