Project:          Evaluating the Effectiveness of Benazir Nashonuma Programme (BNP) on Maternal, Newborn and Infant Outcomes (A prospective cohort study in four districts of Pakistan)       
Duty Station: District Bahawalnagar
Responsibilities:
·            Identification of the sampled Enumeration Blocks (EBs) from BISP beneficiaries data and preparation of the cluster-wise lists of beneficiaries
·            Identification of the sample households in  the sampled EBs for household data collection
·            Social mobilization of selected households of BISIP beneficiaries to cooperate in data collection for Ehsas Nashonuma Programme.  
·            Listing all households in the collected data from the sampled EBs on handheld devices
·            Rechecking and validation of the collected data on daily-basis, get missing information and ensure that every appropriate question is asked and responded
·            Maintain close coordination with the supervisors and team members and attend periodic meetings to share progress and discuss related matters

Project:          PATH: TCV Mass Immunization Campaign, Advocacy and Communication TA Implementation and Implementation Phase-II, Punjab, Pakistan.
Duty Station: District Bahawalnagar
Responsibilities/Achievements:
·           Coordinated with Senior Management and Project Manager for engagement with big school systems and organized orientation sessions to increase confidence in the campaign.
·           Monitored the implementation of social mobilization and communication strategy in the selected areas, with priority given to communities with low vaccination coverage/under-vaccinated children.
·           Monitored and identified the gaps, if there were any trainings refresher needed at the district level and divisional level with the emphasis on the key messages of the IEC material and communication strategy.
·           Social mobilization & conducted the meetings with stakeholders’ for easier implementation of the project in the community.
·           Facilitated and monitored the teams during field activities.
·           Arranged and conducted community sessions along with UC facility based staff to sensitize community members.

Project:          Elimination of Child & Bonded Labour Project
(Integrated Project for the Promotion of Decent Work for Vulnerable Workers in Punjab Province)
Duty Station: District Labour Office, Bahawalnagar
Responsibilities/Achievements:
·           Over all responsible for Child & Bonded Labour (Formal & Non Formal Education) Programs.
·           Facilitated Brick Kiln workers for acquiring CNICs & Birth Registration of their Children.
·           Monitored the base line survey with consultant/firm.
·           Ensured 100% enrollment of children in FBESs and NBESs through partner organizations and Education & Literacy Department
·           Ensured effective planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation and reporting of the project activities as per the agreed contract agreements/MOUs with NGOs/Govt. Departments.
·           Prepared monthly/quarterly plan with Implementing Partners under the consultation of PMU (Project Management Unit) and successfully implemented at district level with the support of Steering Committee at province level and District Committee at District level.
·           Maintained effective working relationship with district line agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the planned project activities.
·           Successfully completed the capacity building programs for project staff, line agencies and stakeholders.

Project:          Punjab Irrigation System Improvement Project (PISIP), funded by JICA
Duty Station: PIDA I&C Cell, Area Water Board/Canal Circle, Bahawalnagar
Responsibilities/Achievements:
·         Planned the development strategies for Area Water Board (AWB) and coordinated with Farmers Organizations (FOs) and provided technical assistance and guidance in implementation
·         Kept a close contact with the AWB and FOs, and developed a smooth working relationship among PIDA, AWB, FOs, Irrigation Department officials and other stakeholders
·         Ensured that Institutional Reforms were being fulfilled as per plan to the satisfaction of the Authority and doner agencies
·         Submitted periodical progress reports for consideration by the higher management
·         Coordinated and supported FO Coordinators in their respective areas for implementation of PIDA Institutional Reforms and day to day business of FOs (meetings, abiana recovery, annual financial budgets preparing, resolution of issues of irrigators etc.)
·         Successfully conducted training and capacity building modules of Foundation & Advance trainings of FOs.

Project:          Disinvestment of Remaining Public Tube Wells in Punjab”
Duty Station: Tube well Operation Sub-Division (TOSD) Gujrat, Distt. Muzaffargarh
Responsibilities/Achievements:
·         Sensitized the farmer community through social mobilization to take active part in the project
·         Formed Tube Well Groups (TGs) and Coordinated with Landholders of TGs, Social Organizers, Revenue Staff and Social Field Manager
·         Facilitated the farmers for registration of TGs
·         Provided trainings to organized TGs regarding operation and maintenance on self help basis
·         Mobilized the farmers to install new Community Tube Well (CTW) through Government subsidy
·         Worked with the rural communities to constitute TGs to get subsidy for the installation of CTWs
·         Facilitated TGs to keep liaison with Government functionaries

Project:         Ensuring Health and Food Security in Rapidly Expanding Wastewater Irrigation in South Asia
Duty Station: Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
Responsibilities/Achievements:
·         Sensitized the rural community through social mobilization about health issues and to take active part in the project.
·         Successfully conducted evaluation of human health with the collaboration of “National Program for Family Planning and Primary Health Care” Health Department, Faisalabad.
·         Supervised the Health Team (Lady Health Workers) for Health Surveys, Diarrhea Surveys, Stool Surveys and free Health Camps.
·         Conducted evaluation of agronomic risks from field to consumer with the collaboration of “University of Agriculture, Faisalabad”
·         Identified the main actors in wastewater-irrigated production, transportation and marketing of fodder and vegetables through systematic visits and key informant interviews conducted at the locations where the produce was grown.
