Roles and Responsibilities
To check the in process parameters of production batches like crystallization temperature, time, pH adjustment etc. as per Batch Manufacturing Records and SOPs.
To maintain the concentration and Purity of feed in L-L Extraction column, Evaporator and Fomenters as accordingly
Deeply Exposure on the working of RO plant and effulent water treatment process.
Ensure the aapplicability of Bolier and Turbone in the process utilities.
Ensures that the system from the input to final product stage performs within described standard operating procedures (Sop). In case of any abnormality / deviation takes necessary remedial / corrective measures and guides the staff accordingly.
Responsible for the start-up and shut down of section or all plants as per requirement.
Participate in the Training of the QMS 9001,2015
Well Versed With ISO standards i.e. (QMS) 9001, (EMS) (14001, OSHAS) 18001, (GLP) 17025 etc.
Responsible to meet work on order targets and develops plan accordingly
To assure that all the activities in Manufacturing and Packaging area are as per GMP.
To check, witness and record the quantity of all the products before delivery to store and dispatch.
To perform physical inspection of product (intermediate, bulk and finished) for quality comparison physically also Collaborates with quality assurance, quality control, utilities, electrical and maintenance departments for effectiveness of the production process.References Available on demand
