         Evaluating Performance: Monitor how both my group and its individual team members are performing. Think of ways to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. Same observations are documented in written reports submitted to higher management.
         Seeking Feedback: Get feedback from the team members on how to increase productivity and better serve clients.
