Maintaining daily bank projection to ensure the smoothness of payment process.
Withholding tax calculations and deductions.
Maintaining Bank sheets on daily basis to ensure the smoothness of payment process.
Monthly material consumption report and P & L Calculation for monthly basis.
Other Management reports as per requests.

Finalization and review of daily cash flow statements of stores.
● Verification for withholding deductions for vendor payments.
● Reconciliation of cash for stores, verification for cahier’s cash closing and adjusting any till required in cash closings.
● Monthly salaries preparation for store staff and record keeping for advances and loans.
● Bank reconciliations and communication with vendors for ledger reconciliation.
