Ü Maintains complex filing systems, HR files/data.
Ü Looks up needed information in the preparation of reports and in the handling of correspondence.
Ü Checks, receives, stores, and issues office supplies.

Ü Handles simple correspondence.

Ü Timely identification and rectification of financial and operational concerns.
Ü Scrutinize and authorize the petty cash of the Factory.
USAID – OFDA Project Key Duties:
Ü Field Office Management:
· Assistance of Logistics officer in Inventory Management & tracking of furniture and equipment.
· The purchase and maintenance of all the assets (Furniture, equipment, services, etc.) of the base office.
· The procurement of any goods, consumables, equipments, services, etc., and the execution of any task necessary for the general management of field office.
· The management of the use of project field vehicles.
Ü Storage and Distribution of goods:
· Assistance of Logistics officer in receipt, storage, issue and distribution of goods procured, according to the general project implementation plan and the specific distribution plans prepared by the Logistics officer and in close co-ordination with the warehouse keeper for the record of the in/out flow of goods to/from warehouse.
· The planning and management of goods distributions, including – when necessary – the organization of the loading/unloading operation, the transportation, the preparation of the distribution site and the supervision of the ‘’distribution team’’.
· When requested, the quality check and issue of acceptance certificates for the goods received.
· The update an d record of the distribution register and the regular communication of these update to the Logistics officer.
· The relations with the local suppliers and contractors.
· Maintaining good knowledge of CESVI internal policies and Human Resource Policies and Code of conducts and official internal communication.
· Report activities progress to the Logistics officer on daily basis.
