Responsibilities:
Perform inspection activities for both bare & coated pipes included all parameters of (Destructive & Non-destructive Testing) accordance with API-5L, Din- 30670 & client Specifications.
Inspection related all documents preparing & updated the routine quality records as per standard, client specification & company procedures.
Incoming Material Inspection with different test certificates as per requirements.
Inspection before, during & after pipe production and coating as per needs.
To follow all Quality Control Procedure, inspection and test plan.
Coordinate with the client representative to insure that inspections are carried out expediently.
Responsible to control and co-ordination of inspection and test activities to ensure quality is carried out in projects as per approved procedures and specifications.
Monitoring & witness Hydro test as per code and specification.
Monitoring Preheat, Interpass temperature, Interpass cleaning as per WPS.
Witness Radio graphic Testing, development of films, interpretation & Report writing.
Review of WPS, Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) & Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ)
