As a Human Resource Professional, and a personal believer in MBWA (Management By Walking Around), I strive to support all functioning units at Exide Pakistan Limited to always live up to the tagline:

I started my career as an intern and have been endowed and blessed that working at Exide Pakistan Limited leaves me energized with a sense of responsibility to add value to the lives of employees. I've always had a desire to make a difference, which led me to innovate and change the way Human Resource contributes employee progress and growth.
After a successful stint in on-boarding aspiring young and experienced professionals, I adjusted my radar into developing policies and implementing standard procedures for each department at Pakistan's oldest battery manufacturers.
My greatest strength is my team that I work with. I continue to learn a lot from them.
