*Writing technical documentation, preparing and delivering technical presentations that explain products and services to clients
*Following up the tender documents for technical sales of commercial and industrial air conditioning
*Managing multiple projects simultaneously with clients and solving clients’ related issues
*Visiting prospective buyers at their commercial and industrial establishments to inform them about the latest product-line development, catalogs, product pricing, availability, and advantages
