Responsible to mobilize target communities for their involvement in project activities and facilitate the community in the formation of PRA Tools, VWC, CLTS, SLTS & ensuring their roles and responsibilities.
To mobilize Committees for the effective use of the community resources and process of beneficiary’s identification and final selection as per agreed criteria in approved proposal of EVI’S Schame for Sharing low cost letrine.
Interact and close contacts with community leaders, volunteers, and activists.
To deal with the community as a front line contact and provide full support during trainings and sessions for smooth implementation of the project activities

Monitoring of polio vaccination campaigns, to ensure that all children in the targeted areas are vaccinated.
Data collection related to the number of children vaccinated, the number of households visited, and the number of missed children.
The data collected during PCM is validated to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
Reporting: The validated data is used to generate reports on the progress of the polio vaccination campaign.
Record keeping: PCM involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the vaccination campaign, including the number of children vaccinated, the number of missed children, and any adverse events that occurred during the campaign.
Feedback: PCM provides feedback to the vaccination teams, supervisors, and other stakeholders to help improve the quality and effectiveness of the vaccination campaign.
