Senior Manager - Operation/Finance
· As a Senior Manager Operation Insurance Claims & Int Performance Bond Guarantee Department, I looked after Motor Claims, Travel Claims, Marine Claims, Misc Claims, Theft Claims, Performance Bond Guarantee.
· Established claims settlement at doorstep and rendered cost efficiencies as well as improved claims settlement time that becomes benchmark for the entire industry.
· Monitor and analyze performance of the claims teams and identify opportunities to improve results.
· Ensure salvage recovery of CTL vehicles up to 70%.and Theft claim Proper Documentation of Claims. & Maintain proper reports with 3S & Non 3S workshops.
· Understand and follow all treasury/Finance & insurance policies and procedures in undertaking the daily activities.
· Coordinating underwriting activities and policy scheduling for clients with under-writing department.
· Maintain database of all banking contracts, insurance policies and other department records.
