My job is to Develop category/brand consumption building programs growth solutions to create incremental demand. Design/Co-design activation innovation and customer collaboration programs based on consumer and shopper specific objectives and behaviors. Integrate activation objectives, target profile and consumer insights supported by categories, brands and markets.
Ensure execution of plans to prioritize growth and ROI ensure strategic consistency and financial viability through ROI evaluation. Establish KPIs against all regional and national plans. Review activation programs performance vs. plan across all KPIs within monthly meeting and take corrective actions. Recommend annual category activation investment budget comprising of program costs, activation agencies, training, implementation etc Collaborate with brand team in development of creative briefs, processes and brand activation communication vehicles. Actively collaborated with customer marketing and customer development teams for categorys excellent in-market presence to power activation success.
Communicate competition activities across organization, recommend counter attack strategies Maintain close liaison with relevant government offices and activation agencies for smooth execution of activation campaigns and outdoor branding.
