Talent Acquisition: Working in a team of 2 to handle end-to-end recruitment process at Aman Foundation. Involved in every process of Recruitment and Selection, headhunting candidates via Linkedin, screening resumes, telephonic screening, scheduling interviews, panel availability, calling candidates for interview, greeting them, data entry of each candidate, process after interview, making offer approvals for selected candidates and sending regret to dropped candidates, authorization from all heads, preparing salary comparisons making offers.
Employee Relations: working as the first line of contact in Human Resources for any employee relations issues involving employees between entry level and Executive Manager. Ensure that the Head of HR is made aware of any sensitive employee relations issues that arise as appropriate. Support, develop and coach people managers to manage employee relations issues, procedures and best practice, ideally resolving issues where possible informally. Advise on occupational health issues, seeking specialist advice as appropriate. Strong command over grievance handling and CoC implementation. Policy making & its effective execution in all three business units of Aman Foundation.
Management Trainee program: Engaging with placement departments of top tier universities to conduct recruitment drives for the first ever social sector Management Trainee Program. Facilitated and implemented an in-house Assessment Center. Developed an online evaluation system for monitoring the professional development and the rating plan for the Management Trainees in the rotation process. Designed the assessment center tools and rubrics for each of the selection stages.
