Talent Acquisition: Working in a team of 2 to handle end-to-end recruitment process at Aman Foundation.  Management Trainee program: Engaging with placement departments of top tier universities to conduct recruitment drives for the first ever social sector Management Trainee Program. Facilitated and implemented an in-house Assessment Center. Developed an online evaluation system for monitoring the professional development and the rating plan for the Management Trainees in the rotation process. Designed the assessment center tools and rubrics for each of the selection stages.
