• Planning and scheduling for the development of import parts.
• Arrangement of Drawing/Specification to supplier.
• Providing technical assistance to vendor of DYL requirement.
• Evaluation of parts being developed from import while visiting vendor, Hub-4 and Assembly location.
• Coordinate with local vendor for process assessment & Preparation of Evaluation reports.
• Initial evaluation of vendor samples.
• Assuring all relevant reports for QA Department regarding parts evaluation & verification.
• Preparation of requisition sheet which parts being submitted to QA along with required repots.
• Co-ordination with QA department localization and dual source parts report issuance.
• Co-ordination with Manufacturing plants and Assembly plant for any parts issuance.
• Preparation of pilot lot sheet for getting Assembly plant approval.
• Follow up and visit at Hub-4 Plant (Manufacturing) for development assignments in house.
• Follow up with Assembly plant & all plants for the inspection of parts with if required & also with QA department.
• Coordination to documentation division to address any relevant issue.

• Calibration of the entire instrument for power plant like for steam turbine, RO plant, Control room, boiler etc..
• Maintenance of compressor, air dryer, auto control valve.

• Got training of using CO2 Welding, Spot Welding & Electric Welding.
• Also got training Power Press, Hydraulic Press.
• Also worked in Die shop as lathe Machine, Surface Milling Machine operator.
• Visit OEM companies (Atlas Honda, Yamaha, & Suzuki Motorcycles) to resolve the quality related Problems
