• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Food Safety and Hygiene standards in company.
• Review, update and validate internal quality standard, SOP’s, SSOP’s according standers.
• To check quality of rew material and end products.
• Ensure and maintain proper storage condition for raw materials, and finished products.
• Plan, design and conduct training of company employees as per requirements.
• Monitoring of employee’s compliance in following SOPs and usage of PPEs.
• Monitoring of Integrated Pest Management activities in the company and liaison with pest control service and eliminate gaps.
• Monitor all quality parameters according to internal and regulatory standard.
• Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records.
• Assure all processing steps are performed accurately.
• Maintaining the tractability record of food items from receiving to dispatch.
• Ensure all quality parameters on each process step.
• Physical, chemical and sensory analysis of all Dairy products.
• Perform all Qualitative and Quantitative analysis of milk at production line lab.
• Generated and maintained hygiene & pest control records and reported to QCM.
• Online physical testing of Tetra pak UHT packed products like, milk, Tea whitner, Milk cream and Juice.
