I am usman. I am finalist student of ACCA( associate certified chartered accountant). I have also done Bsc Hons in Applied Accounting. I worked in A.F. Ferguson (Audit Firm). Where I performed audit of different companies e.g Hilti Pvt limited Lahore, Aitchen college, Sukkur Beverages Ltd etc.
During my audit i worked on payroll , finance matters , advertisement expenses and financial statements. i verified all expenses which stated in profit and loss statements.
Now i am working in Nayyer Group of Industries. Its a manufacturing industry it manufacture Carpets, Fiber and Underlying foam. Here i started as an Inventory controller but after passage of time i was promoted as an Assistant Account Manager after my excellence performance i have promoted as an Admin Officer now i am working as an Admin Officer. As inventory controller i worked on product specification i made specification on different products. and make sure all inventory recording on Oracle. I also verified good received note prepare purchase order apply different inventory method apply IAS. Conduct stock taking etc.
As a Assistant Account Manager i worked on all accounts matter mainly i prepared payroll of all workers prepared daily wages prepared overtime reports salary provision reports etc. Entered all expenses on oracle.
I have successfully implemented Human Resource sofware. I also prepare Job description and KPI\'s. Prepare many reports e.g Payroll vs Production comparision etc.
Now i am working as admin officer in Nayyer industry Pvt Ltd.
Duties as Admin Officer:
- Make sure all rule are follow by employee.
- Deal with stake holders.
- Manage & sale all scrap.
- Look after all Construction work in company.
- Recheck Payroll matters.
- Ensure company safety and environmental laws. etc.
After passage of time i promoted as an Assistant Account Manager of Nayyer industry.
Duties as an Assistant Account Manager:
- Prepare Payroll.
- Prepare daily wages.
- Prepare overtime reports.
- Maintain party accounts.
- Recording of all expenses.
- Prepare monthly budget.
- Preform Bank Reconciliation Statements etc.
I started my job in Nayyer industry as a Inventory in charge .
Duties as an Inventory In Charge:
- Prepare Specification of all products.
- Recording on Oracle.
- Conduct Stock Taking.
- Closing on every month.
- Apply different inventory methods.
- Compare actual cost with stander etc.
