• Involved in pre/post disbursement activities of Consumer Finance, coordination with concern departments and branches, also provide them efficient operational support in relevant matters.
• Preparing and managing legal documentations as per approval before disbursement of the facility.
• Assurance of security documents are duly obtained and placed in safe custody.
• Assist in issuance of Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC).
• Maintaining internal and reporting MIS’s

• Entering and update data regarding client’s information and all other relevant information of consumer financing according to approval in system (ALMANAC) and any update to existing financing.
• Handling Complaints related to Consumer Finance.
• Ensuring Shariah Compliance in all aspects of the job.
• Efficient execution of any function assigned by senior management.

• Review & process the disbursements of Short-Term Finance (Hypothecation) and long-Term Finance as per approval and banking guidelines.
• Processing the adjustments of LTF, STF and rollovers for STF Facilities.
• Markup Recoveries of Running Finance and Cash for Cash Facilities.
• Maintaining Relevant MIS’s
• Coordinate with Business Teams and assist them for smooth execution of disbursements.
• Coordination with Relationship Manager for solving customer concerns accordingly and by responding to their queries.
• Assisting seniors in Miscellaneous works.

• Disbursement of Soneri Car Finance and Soneri Personal Finance including of Charge/Legal documents.
• Arranging insurance and Tracker installation in desire vehicle.
• Booking of Soneri Car Finance and Soneri Personal Finance on T-24 after completion of prerequisites.
• Preparing Delivery Orders after ensuring completion of prerequisites.
• Adjustment/Settlement of consumer loan, balloon payments on the request of Collections and Branches.
• Providing loan settlement details to branches on their requests.
• Providing Repayment schedules to branches.
• Activity of reprising of SCF on system T-24.
• Advising collections team to confirm the due charges over the loans & ensure their recoveries through settlement team.
• Responding to emails pertaining to disbursement, insurance, Delivery Orders, Payoff, and Balloon Payments.
• Coordination with Insurance Companies.
• Resolving queries of branches related to Soneri Car Finance and Soneri Personal Finance.
• Maintaining MIS of Logins and Discrepancies, DO’s, Payoff and Balloon payment.
• Handling Complaints related to Soneri Car Finance and Soneri Personal Finance.
• Managing Team in absence of Team Leader/Manager
• Any other work assigned, Manager & Head Asset Ops.

• Review of application with all the mandatory checks and policy as per segment including application, legal documents, CNIC and relevant income documents duly original seen & attested by the authorizes signers.
• Review eCIB report in every application.
• Checking all relevant systems before processing of loans.
• Coordination with Fraud Risk management unit, handing over them sample cases for review and vigilance.
• Income calculation from bank statement or salary document.
• Preparing DBR sheet Analysing credit data and financial information of applicant with the aim of determining whether applicant is qualified to lend the funds he is requesting & forwarding workable cases for Limit Sign to Senior Credit Analyst.

• Reviews Auto Loan applications with all the mandatory checks and policy as per segment including application, legal documents, CNIC and relevant income documents duly original seen & attested by the authorized signers.
• Detaching & handing over address verification reports with nearest landmark to verification unit.
• Perform Data check to Check History of Customer.
• Perform eCIB to Check Credit Worthiness of Customer.
• Performing Nadra Checks (Verisys) for an online CNIC Checking facility to validate applicant’s nationality and details.
• Income & DBR (Debt Burden Ratio) Calculation.
• Conducting Telephonic Verification of Office, Residence & cross verification of references.
• Well versed with the system Imal.
• Prepare cases for the Limit Sign.
• Making Offer Letters, Purchase orders & Disbursal Memos.
