• Regular Reporting to Chief finance Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
• Maintaining Banks Positions showing inflows and outflows of all Companies Bank Accounts to Management on regular Basis.
• Dealing with banks, Banking Instruments and settle all bank matters.
• Manage and Control over Bank Accounts online for all kind of payments and Banking solutions.
• Payments, Bank Account Monitoring, Reconciliations, Financial Reporting and Managing companies finances
• Producing ad hoc reports and reconciliations as required by the Finance Manager.
• Monitoring and control over Postings and responsible to maintain ledgers.
• Regular Scrutinizing of Logistics (Trading) and payments to Vendors.
• Maintaining Accounting Records on Accounting Software (SAP)
• Overall Control and Monitoring of SAP Financials and Logistics Module.
• Liaison with other Users and SAP Administrator.
• Updating and analysis of the monthly expenditure schedules to identify accrual and prepayments to be included in the monthly management accounts.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting.
• Monitoring on project expenses and auditing.
• Regular Check on Expenses incurred in projects and analyzing Costs and Budgets.
• Develop, Maintain and analyze Project Budgets, preparing periodic reports that compares Budgeted costs and Actual cost incurred.
• Monthly Income and Sales tax returns and Declarations.
• Withholding and PRA returns filling Monthly.
• Maintain tax records, Fillings, Monitoring and Deduction of Taxes on Payments.
• Compliance of tax with ITO 2001, ITO Rules 2002 and Sales Tax Act 1990.
• Responding and Compliance towards notices by FBR and PRA.
• Liaison with Auditors and Consultant.
