 Facilitate the process of establishment and strengthening of community based Child Protection Systems  in selected communities
Work in close coordination with Child Protection Officer for the capacity building of community representatives, member CPCs and Children Clubs on Child Protection issues. Health & Hygiene, Physical & Humiliating Punishment and importance of education.
Strong follow up with community representatives and concerned mobilization staff for the referral cases for any referral services
Identify related IEC/BCC materials and facilitate to use them in community for awareness raising among concerned beneficiaries
To begin baseline research of selected communities and continue to monitor social change and social information and new information relevant to children and their empowerment
Prepare narrative and statistical reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Develop close coordination on field level with other support organizations, undertaking regular visits to these organizations and government agencies
