His major association embarked with International Cesvi, Research & Development Foundation (RDF), SAFWCO, Legal Rights Forum (LRF), TRDP, Baanhn Beli and Zindagi Development Organization (ZDO). He has special interest and expertise in development and growth of grass roots organizations focusing democracy, gender mainstreaming, human rights, women empowerment and peace building for the human and institutional capacities with the special focus to develop community based and gender development organizations for their leadership, Socio - Political role and qualities.
