Allai Developement Organization is local registered organization working in Hazara and Malakand division since 2006.
I sucessfully implement and execute following projects and seminars/activities as under
1- I am leading Ujala-|| project as focal person funded by Awaz Foundation Pakistan on Sexual Reproductive Health Rights in disteict Mansehra from Jan 2020 to enhance youth life skills
2- A series of session was carry out in disteict Kohistan and Battagram on District Developement Budget and invelopement of local stake holders funded by CPDI
3- Basic Education Community schools project was implement in district Mansehra from 2014 to 2018 tha aim of the project was to enrolled out of school.childrens and capacity building of VECÂ
4-Action 2015 a.series of activities was carry out in district Mansehra
5-Qurbani Projects was execute sucessfully since 2012 to 2017 funded by Muslim aid Pakistan
6-.Public safety and Justice Project was implement sucessfully in 19 UCs of district Shangla.funded by DTCE and.embacy of Netherland from.2013 to 2015
7- Nutrition Survey of 405 HH carry out successfully in district Kohistan in 2012 funded by Sosec and Unicef/WFO
8-Water and sanitation project installment of 20 Hand Pumps in district Mansehra Funded By Qatar Charity in 2014-15

Health Net TPO was working on Primary Health Care and provide Psycho Socio support to traumatized children in earth quake affected areas; I joined the HN TPO as a Field Officer. My responsibilities were included
Design and organize the activities regarding heath, focusing mothers and children health
Coordination with line departments and district Health department
Build up the capacity of team by imparting trainings.
Regular field visits for monitoring to ensure the effective implementation of the activities.
Make the work Plan on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Provide technical support in work plan formation to field staff.
• As a SO with NCHD my responsibilities were as under.
• To mobilize the people of the targeted areas about the importance of primary health.
• Identification of cluster , mapping and stake holders
• Formation of village organization through broad based community meeting
• CV collecting of community health worker and supervisor.
• Base line survey of target cluster through Community health worker
• Formation of UC level health committee
• To Conduct the monthly VO’S and UC committee meeting
• To keep and maintain the record and report to office.

• Report to concerned supervisor.
• Monitoring the CHW field and report to DHPM

• During this era I was responsible as admin and finance assistant for field office Shinkiari. I was responsible to maintain all kind of record of sub office including filed staff salary record and petty cash, all kind of register, personal files, and base line survey records
• Data entry of base line survey and end line survey of sub area shinkiari
• Maintain all logistic records and inventory records of medicine
• Distribution of cash salaries of field staff
• To enter the monthly progress report of Male and Female health worker
• Responsible for all meeting and seminar with the close coordination with HDSU
