-       Lead the Annual and Quarterly Work Plan formulation process in coordination with program team. Included all sectoral activities, technical interventions and operational budgeting, procurement and risk management plans.
-       Lead role in identifying and implementing overall planning and monitoring system for the Programme.
§  Establishing data collection procedures, assessment of results and activities and ensure quality documentation.
§  Review, adopt, test and modify existing/available monitoring tools, techniques and methods for needs of upscaling programme.
