Key Responsibilities:
·        Preparation of Annual Budget and detail Projected Financials with Month wise Break up.
·        Monthly detailed Product Costing (SKU Wise), Detailed Cost Analysis, Highlighting the grey areas, recommending the controls, coordination with all internal stakeholders to control the cost.  Saved the Abnormal Raw & Packing Material Waste more than 80%.
·        Monthly Financial Analysis, Variances Analysis, and, Ratio Analysis. Reporting to top management with causes and suggestions.
·        Daily Analysis of Raw Material Prices concerning to Cost of Goods Sold and Profitability.
·        Post Audit of Accounting Vouchers specifically related to Parties, Payments, and, Expenditures.
