Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.

Assist District Program Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual/LoP work plan targets and indicators.
Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting those to the district office accordingly.
Support teachers in maintaining portfolios with up to the mark quality
Assist the district, provincial and national offices in undertaking monitoring and data collection tasks.
Collect content analytics from tablets
Provide updated contents, and first level support to tablet users about tablet and multimedia contents
Asses and map OTP/CMAM activities at designated sites in liaison with ACF district officer and department of health and local authorities.
Community sensitization on the program objectives and methods to stimulate & eventually promote the understanding and participation of the target population. Community sensitization starts at village- and Community-leader levels and eventually extends to the entire population.
Identify the community health workers in the catchment area and link with the OTP in the staff.
Seek and provide feedback on screening programme implementation schedule and activities plan as appropriate to enhance coverage and maximize impact.
Participate in the selection of the decentralized mass screening sites to ensure access and high coverage.
Work closely with DoH Health staffs to ensure all aspects of the program are understood and appropriate referrals take place to and from the CMAM outreach aswell as to Healthcare Facilities.
Regularly supervise CHWs for children follow-up to investigate the reasons for absence and ensure the nutritional messages delivered are in adherence with the messages prepared for the program
Ensure ongoing Community mobilization activities including satisfactory active case finding, referral & follow-ups.
Elicit community involvement in case finding, referral, encouraging attendance and minimize defaulters.
Follow-up issues related to low attendance rate and defaulters and the underlying problem and propose appropriate solution.
Support to the Community Health Workers (CHWs) during screening (active case finding) and linking up the CHWs with the LHW program.
Prepare activity plan for the screening exercise in consultation with the CHWs and OTP Supervisors.
Organize and facilitate regular community screening, MNP and IFA distribution and SBCC sessions for CHWs in the community.
Provide technical support and supervision to CHWs on screening, active case finding, defaulter tracing, MNP, IFA and Deworming distribution through follow up trainings and on job coaching and supportive supervision.
Guide the CHWs for compile weekly/monthly activities report.
Provide support to M&E officer to develop the project implementation plan
Identity and utilize exciting community structures/committee and community based organization to create demand for routine immunization service and address refusals within communities
Identify refusal for vaccination and engage key influencers and conduct community engagement sessions for refusals conversion
Conduct school/madrassah orientation sessions with teachers and students to sensitize students school/madrassah administration and caregivers through students for MR vaccination
Polio refusal school engagement prior and during the campaign (identification of polio refusal school prior to campaign, engagement of polio refusal school prior Campaign Response of polio refusal school during the campaign).Coordinate with UC and district level staff of polio program
Develop a complete plan to engage the out of school children prior and during the campaign.
·Support district health department in orientation of different departments on the campaign including education, social welfare and private school associations
Conduct community engagement session with caregivers and other community influencers. Engage key influencers such as local elders, religious influencers both male female local political representatives
Engage with communities for mobilization of School going and out of school children for vaccination
Conduct mapping of out of school children and engage with trade unions and organizations supporting street out of school children for vacation
Carry out mobile Miking mosque announcement engage drum beats and use other innovative means to attach public ‘s attention
Support vaccination team in implementation of their microplans by involving community influencers to identify locations and timing for outreach services
Placement and dissemination of IEC material across target locations
Develop community feedback mechanism using WhatsApp or other software app to create linkages between the communities and service providers /Frontline workers
Coordinate with local elected representatives update them about progress and seek their support for implementation for project activities
Maintain record of project activities
