Responsibilities included:
Social Mobilization meetings to the Community Organizations as well as visiting primary schools for hygiene promotions and making WASH CLUBS for hygiene habits in school\'s children.
Addressed and speech out with CO members on the topic of hygiene importance.
Entering of the CO members project related specific Data in the computer.
Maintaining office records.
Close collaboration with the staff.

Effectively mobilized Three Hundred Seven members of the farming community for their voluntary developing agricultural plots on their salinity affected lands for growing some drought and salinity resistant plants including fruiting tree, timber tree, and fodder grasses.
Established successfully numerous plots for plantations on the lands of cooperating growers of the lands of the drought-affected agricultural lands of Badin district.
Managed staff to regular visits to the growers and cites of selected plots.
Engaged personally in Preparing and accumulating estimates and sudden and possible reaching assignments, to purchase or bring plantlets from private nurseries; or, what if, those plantlets had had to be brought provided from the government institute to our project, grown and raised on the lands of the committed farmers.
And received trucks of plantlets sent by the head office from Hyderabad district to in the district Badin project office, and successfully, shifted by hand-over those several varieties of plantlets to the farmers; which helped themselves and took those plantlets to their lands respectively!
I Been in close collaboration with the General Secretary of organization and Prepared monthly reports on financial estimates and project outlays.
For cooperating farmers arranged 3 awareness Seminars on the project title: raising crops on drought and saline lands of Badin‚ district.

After A 6-Months and On-Job Training on \'Micro-Credit\' from the Khushhali bank; successfully joins at the Khushhali bank at Jacobabad.
Conducted Participated in Rural Appraisals or Situation Analysis of development target areas before the formation of the community organizations (CO) at village level for economic development. Formed numerous community organizations after a joint willingness of the members of the community. for the disbursement of the credit from the Khushhali Bank for improving and extending their preexisting business as well as starting a new business for the jobless members.
An important and winning attribute comes in result by my struggle: that the Full Recoveries of the disbursed credit before time was Successfully Received!
