To handle various departmental issues with Federal & Provincial Government, Semi-Government, and Local Government (SNGPL, WASA, WAPDA, FBR, Police, Labor, Excise and Taxation Department, and Environment Department)

To manage the security staff, its issues and queries
To coordinate the fleet manager for smooth and cost effective logistic and transport solutions
To delegate the tasks and ensuring that they are completed by following under existing policies and procedures
To check and analyze the compliances and progress of IT team for best performance of organization
To review the monthly expenses and expenditure reports for prevention the unnecessary expenses
To create administrative policies to enhance the performance of organization
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selection of employees to fill vacant positions.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation.
Develop, maintain and update HR policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as needed.
To Prepare budget of Human Resource operations
Administer and keep information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date.
Utilize external resources in order to monitor issues and concerns in employment law while communicating potential changes to senior management.
Coordinate employee safety, welfare, and wellness.

To resolve HR related matters (induction, attendance record, overtimes, leaves, and final statements of resigned employees)
Brief the new/existing staff on the policies and procedures of the organization in conjunction with the development and learning team, providing coaching to staff on difficult and complex issues.
Conduct new employee orientation programs and other training programs.
Keep and maintain all records of employees\' hiring, leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, demotions, advances, loans, termination, and resignations.
Coordinates with higher management for terminations, promotions, performance reviews, and safety.
Deal with the issues of EOBI and other relevant problems
Deal with the issues of PESSI and other relevant problems
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
